Sign up with your email address on the registration page. Your wallet will be created automatically. You can start using the platform immediately, though some features may require KYC verification.

Yes, creating a wallet is free. You only pay transaction fees when you deposit, withdraw, exchange, or complete P2P trades. Crypto deposits are free — you only pay the blockchain network fee. See our Pricing page for full details.

KrptoPay does not provide services to residents of Canada, the European Union, Iran, Israel, Japan, Myanmar, New Zealand, North Korea, India, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, or the United States of America. Individuals from other jurisdictions must comply with local laws.

KrptoPay is built on a private, enterprise-grade foundation. While we manage the technical complexity for your ease of use, your funds are never exposed to external intermediaries or third-party custody risks.

Each user gets a unique, permanent deposit address per supported asset. When you send crypto to your deposit address, we detect it on-chain and credit your wallet balance after the required number of confirmations (3 for BNB/ETH, 1 for Solana).

Enter the destination wallet address and amount. The withdrawal is securely processed and broadcast directly to the blockchain. You'll receive real-time status updates as the transaction progresses.

Yes. KrptoPay supports multi-currency fiat wallets. You can deposit via supported payment methods (bank transfer, UPI, etc.). Fiat deposits may be subject to admin review and approval.

All fiat withdrawals to bank accounts are handled by legally compliant, third-party open market disbursement partners in each respective country. User details are transmitted in a secure, encrypted format.

Users can create buy or sell offers on the P2P marketplace. When another user accepts, the seller's funds are held in escrow. After the buyer confirms payment, the seller releases the escrowed funds. KrptoPay acts as the escrow facilitator.

Yes. The seller's funds are moved to a reserved balance (escrow) when a trade starts. These funds cannot be spent or withdrawn until the trade is completed, cancelled, or expired. If there's a dispute, our admin team can review and resolve it.

Trades that remain in 'initiated' status for too long are automatically expired by our trade expiration system. Escrowed funds are returned to the seller's available balance. Both parties are notified.

Yes. If there is an issue with a trade, either party can escalate to our admin team for dispute resolution. Admin can review the trade details, messages, and escalate to refund or release as appropriate.

We use bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based session management, TLS encryption for all connections, and rate limiting on authentication endpoints. All financial operations have audit trails.

KYC may be required for certain features or transaction thresholds. Our KYC system supports document verification (including Aadhaar, PAN, passport) and liveness checks. You'll be prompted when verification is needed.

Use the password reset flow on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

Yes. KrptoPay has native mobile apps for iOS and Android built with Expo. You can manage wallets, deposit, withdraw, trade P2P, and receive real-time notifications from your phone.

The mobile app supports all core user features: wallet management, deposits, withdrawals, P2P trading, transaction history, and real-time notifications. Admin features are available on the web only.
