Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KrptoPay platform, including the website at krptopay.com, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by an entity registered and governed by the law of Saint Lucia under business registration number 2025-00823 (“KrptoPay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to residents of the following restricted regions:

• European Union member states
• Iran
• Israel
• Japan
• Myanmar
• New Zealand
• North Korea
• India
• The Philippines
• United Kingdom
• United States of America

Individuals accessing this site from these or other restricted jurisdictions must comply with all applicable local laws. KrptoPay does not provide services to residents of the jurisdictions listed above.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Wallet Services

3.1 Fiat Wallet

KrptoPay provides multi-currency fiat wallets that allow you to deposit, hold, exchange, and withdraw traditional currencies through supported payment methods. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to administrative review and approval. Fiat bank withdrawals are handled by legally compliant third-party open market disbursement partners in each respective country. Your transaction details are transmitted to these partners in an encrypted format.

3.2 Crypto Wallet

KrptoPay provides secure cryptocurrency wallet services supporting multiple blockchain networks including BNB Chain, Ethereum, and Solana, as well as stablecoins (USDT, USDC) on those networks. Blockchain wallet addresses are generated and managed through our proprietary secure blockchain integration. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

4. P2P Trading

KrptoPay provides a peer-to-peer marketplace that allows users to create offers and execute trades directly with other users. An escrow mechanism holds the seller’s funds during a trade. KrptoPay acts only as the escrow facilitator and is not a party to the underlying agreement between buyer and seller. You acknowledge the inherent risks of P2P trading, including counterparty risk and potential disputes.

5. Fees

Use of the Service is subject to fees as disclosed on our Pricing page. Fees may include deposit fees, withdrawal fees, exchange spread, P2P platform fees, and network transaction fees. We reserve the right to change fees at any time with notice. Blockchain network fees are determined by the respective networks and are not controlled by KrptoPay.

6. KYC and Identity Verification

We may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or “KYC”) procedures before accessing certain features or exceeding transaction thresholds. You agree to provide truthful documentation and understand that failure to complete verification may result in restricted access.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity
• Circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Service from a restricted region
• Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices through P2P trading
• Attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying architecture
• Create multiple accounts or use the Service on behalf of sanctioned parties
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or its users

8. Risks

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and that the value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly. KrptoPay does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with your use of the Service, including loss of funds. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KrptoPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to KrptoPay. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Any outstanding balance may be subject to withdrawal procedures and applicable fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
